Vendor booths

Standard booths are 10×10. Power, table cloths, lights, and 10×20 booth upgrades are available as add-ons. Food vendors, including momo vendors, need a Loudoun County temporary permit — we'll guide you through it. Submit the form below and our vendor team will respond within 48 hours.

Vendor Guidelines
What to know
before event day.
Please review these setup requirements before applying. Add-ons can be requested with your booth confirmation, but vendors are encouraged to bring their own setup items whenever possible.

Setup Rules
- Vendors should bring their own power outlet or generator, table cloth, and booth lights such as flood lights or lamps unless purchasing add-ons.
- Vendors should bring their own water. DTFEST will provide some water on site, but quantities will be limited.
- Vendors must stay in their assigned booth and may not switch booths without authorization from the 3E Entertainment admin team.
Limited event water is intended as backup support, not a full vendor supply.
Food Vendors
- Food vendors must apply for all required permits at least 1 month before the event.
- Food vendors must arrive by 9 AM.
- Food and permit inspection begins at 11 AM.
- After 11 AM, food vendors will not be allowed to move their vehicles.
